Liz Fiest BSc (Hons) Acupuncture, Lic.Ac, MBAcC
As a member of the British Acupuncture Council, I have full professional
indemnity insurance and abide by the Council's Codes of Safe Practice and Professional Conduct.
I use a combination of Five Element and Traditional Acupuncture, the
two most commonly practiced forms of acupuncture. This combination addresses the causes of ill-health from an emotional
as well as a physical perspective.
Acupuncture, dietary advice, exercise and specialist Tui Na massage form the pillars of Traditional
Chinese Medicine. In my clinic, I incorporate these disciplines as requiredin the treatment.

After qualifying as a Reflexologist, I went on to train in acupuncture at the highly
regarded College of Integrated Chinese Medicine for three and a half years, graduating with a BSc(Hons) and Lic. Ac. in Acupuncture.
Both therapies are concerned with helping the body to heal itself in a safe and natural way.
I practice in Central London at The Core Trust, a charity working with people recovering
from addiction. My private practices are located in Muswell Hill and Winchmore Hill, North London.
My work at the Core Trust has led to an interest in supporting clients to make changes to their
lifestyle so that good health becomes a way of life. My own experience has shown that even simple dietary changes can make a huge difference to our overall energy and well-being.
As part of my Continuing Profesional Development I am training
for a Diploma in Tui Na Massage and Qi Gong. Tui Na massage is an ancient Chinese therapy that is very effective in
treating musculo-skeletal injuries and back pain. Tui Na massage and Qi Gong exercises are incorporated into treatment
when required.
